Our policy

Thank you for purchasing from Botanico. We work hard to create an elevated cannabis experience with our unique formulas and we hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a replacement or a refund.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Return shipping charges will be paid for or reimbursed by Botanico.

Return process 

To return an item, please email us at refund@botanico.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Your feedback is an important part of helping us improve our product and customer experience. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Damaged or defective products
